How Login Works On Our End
Signing in takes two steps. You enter your username or mobile number and your password, then confirm the session on the device you normally use. A forgotten password resets through the email or mobile number already on your account, and the link stays valid for 30 minutes. Once you are inside, the cashier shows the JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast details you
saved, so nothing is retyped. Sessions stay open for 30 days on devices you mark as recognised and close after 15 minutes idle anywhere else.

Two-step codes
Every new device asks for a one-time code sent to the mobile number on your profile. Codes expire after five minutes, so a password alone will not open your account.
Device list
Your profile lists each device that has signed in, with the date and city. Remove anything you do not recognise and that session ends straight away from there.
Password rules
We ask for at least ten characters mixing letters and numbers, and we block passwords seen in known public breaches. You can change yours from the profile at any time.
Encrypted transport
Login details travel over an encrypted connection between your browser and our servers. We never ask for a password over chat, email or WhatsApp, and our team will not request one.
Idle timeout
On shared or public handsets your session closes after fifteen minutes without activity. Devices you mark as your own stay signed in for up to 30 days instead.
Activity record
Sign-ins, password changes and payment methods added are listed in your profile with timestamps in Pakistan time, so you can spot anything you did not do and flag it from the same page.

Android app

On iPhone and iPad, Face ID sign-in is available on supported models. Login state stays with the account, so a table opened on your phone is still there on the tablet.
Desktop site
On a laptop the login form sits above the fold, with keyboard-friendly fields and a caps-lock hint. Large-screen lobbies reload in the same session and nothing is lost when you resize.
Shared device
Signing in on a borrowed phone starts the shorter fifteen-minute idle timer. Sign out from the profile menu when you finish, or end the session from another device that is already open.
Low data mode
On a weak connection the login page loads first and the lobby artwork follows. Your session still opens normally, and any slot round in progress resumes from the server.
App updates
When we update the app you stay signed in. Security changes apply at the next launch, and if a version is retired we tell you inside the app before your session ends.
